PROGPOWER AUSTRALIA MMVI Festival Cancelled
November 30, 2005According to PyroMusic.net, the previously announced ProgPower Australia MMVI festival — which was supposed to be held February 11, 2006 at Gaelic Club in Sydney — has been officially cancelled. "This decision has been made due to many factors many of which outside of my control," organizer Andrew Gordon writes in a statement. "I would firstly like to thank the large amount of bands that said that they would love to play the gig. I am very sorry that I have been unable to bring this all together. As some of you know a lot of work has already been put into this. At this stage it will not be happening. My humble apologies to everyone involved."
ProgPower Australia MMVI was expected to include performances by LORD (featuring DUNGEON's Lord Tim),VANISHING POINT and BLACK MAJESTY, among many others.
